Frost & Keeling participated in the Design and Construction of this mechanical HVAC renovation project which included replacement of the complete HVAC systems and building BAS/EMCS systems in an occupied three-story building. The central chilled water and hot water systems remained in operation during construction to maintain comfort to the occupied areas of the building. Our scope of work included, replacement of all existing Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Hydronic Pumps, VAV Boxes, building BAS/EMCS. Replacement of Hydronic pumps in Basement, all VAV Boxes on the 1st floor, and convert the existing 4-pipe fan coil system to a complete new VAV system on the 2nd floor.
